on suspicion of malicious harassment, a Class C felony hate
crime. He alleged hate crime attack on a 15-year-old white

kicked him until he'd never get up … I'm a racist,
and I hate all you white boys."

up package of papers with such force that she became dizzy

old black man -and a rapist- has been charged with a hate
crime for stabbing to death Concetta Russo-Carriero.
"He told police he killed Concetta because she
was white; he would have killed more white people if he
had a gun," said Westchester District Attorney
Jeanine Pirro. "I never seen her before, and I
didn't care," Phillip Grant said to the police
on tape. "As long as she had blond hair and blue
eyes, she had to die."
In september 2006, He was sentenced to 25 years to
life in prison by a judge who called him "the face
of evil."

one too many times by racist kids. Aurora Heim-Salgado,
a sixth-grader at Wagner JHS on the Upper
East Side, has been taunted, teased and assaulted by classmates
because she's white. The most recent attack occurred last
week, when a 12-year-old Asian boy called her a "white
bitch" and knocked her to the ground with a punch
to the back.
"My
daughter has suffered because she is white," said
the girl's father, Gregory Salgado. "She's
picked on because she is some kind of symbol."

alleged incident, the four drove past a 49-year-old woman
as she walked north in the 1000 block of Hill Street. One
of the men yelled curses related to the woman's Caucasian
heritage. Then, one of them said, "You should die"
... as he pulled a three-foot metal pole from the trunk
and walked toward her with an angry look on his face. The
woman managed to run away.

and murder of Melissa "Missi" McLauchlin
12 years ago. Melissa McLauchlin was raped,
tortured, shot five times in the face and left to die by
the side of a road in Summerville in 1992. Gardner
and some other men made a New Year's resolution to rape
and kill a white woman as retribution for 400 years of oppression
of black people.

Johnson subsequently died; he had been talking about chips
(french fries).

Police were searching for four black teens who assaulted
and robbed a 14-year-old white boy of a CD in the northern
section of the city. "It
may be a hate crime," said police Capt. Patrick McMahon,
commander of the Fourth Precinct. One
member of the group used a derogatory term to describe white
people before the four knocked the boy to the ground. He
was punched repeatedly in the head and injured his wrists
when he fell.

- Darlington County Sheriff's Lieutenant Robin Bryant says
a 26-year-old victim told deputies he was getting a drink
at a store when the two men came up and demanded money.
he was beaten and taken to a field where the suspects chained
him to his own pickup truck. The victim, who is white, told
officers the men used racial slurs as they chained him to
the truck. But, Bryant said he does not think at this point
the crime was racially motivated because the men were first
just interested in robbing the victim.
This
is interesting because you can see in the following articles
which details are swept under the rug in most media... If
you wonder why you rarely hear about anti-white racism in
the news...

USA - Oregon State University football player Joe
Rudulph, who is black, is accused of punching a National
Guard soldier, Staff Sgt. Gabriel Sapp in
November. there were racial comments by the football players
Anthony Wheat-Brown, Whitfield Usher
and Ryan Rainwater who are black, to Sapp's
wife, who is also black, about her
relationship with a white person. Sapp was hit in the face
and knocked out when he hit the ground. Though some witnesses
characterized the fight as racially motivated, a Benton County
grand jury declined to charge Rudulph with intimidation —
Oregon's equivalent of a hate crime.

-- Concerns about racial violence are high at Bear Creek
High School, where one student was arrested last week and
two others have been suspended after attacks on white students,
Stockton police and Lodi Unified officials said. Arrest
came after a student was beat up near the school gym on
Wednesday. In a separate incident the same day, another
teen was attacked in a boys' bathroom. In both cases, the
victims -- ages 15 and 16 -- were white and their alleged
assailants were Black, police and school officials said.
Stockton
police and school officials consider two of the attacks
to be hate crimes, because they appear to have been racially
motivated.
