Following
pressures from the UK Police, Channel 4 pulled a documentary
that showed Asian Male grooming underage white girls for
sex and prostitution.
For
several Years in the bradford Area, Men of Asian origin
(note to american readers, in the UK, "Asians"
means from the indian subcontinent) have been cruising bradford
and neighbouring Keighley to pick up underage white girls
and reportedly groom them for sex. The Girls were deliberatly
turned into junkies to make them dependent.
Many
of the girl have been sedated, raped and in some cases confined
in flats and gang raped. In the film, four social services
officers have noted 60 to 80 possible cases, some involving
girls as young as 12. The belief is that scores of men are
involved"
In
fact this has been going on for several years and Keighley
MP Ann Cryer had been ringing the alarm
bell for a year.
The
family have organised, creating the Families Against Child
Exploitation (FACE) Its spokeswoman said:
"Is
your life affected by your daughter or a relative being
lured into the clutches of gangs of older Asian men for
the purpose of under-age sex? ... If so don't think you
are alone and the only person this is happening to. This
problem is nothing new to our town -- it has been happening
for years -- but the situation is getting worse. Don't let
this happen to your daughters; don't let this happen to
you."

the beginning of the years 2000 - 2001 the danish society
was rocked by a succession of gang rapes that took place
in the country.
on March
8, 2001, Lene espersen, the danish minister of justice told
the danish parliament that 76.5 % of all rapist in the country
were not from Denmark.
In june
2001, BT, a daily paper mentions that during the previous
18 monthes, each and every gang rape in the country has
been commited by refugees of second generation immigrants.
Of all these gang rapes, only one had been commited by immigrants
from Europe.
in Septembre
2001, danish police statistics showed that 68 % of all rapes
in Danemark were done by people belonging to ethnic minorities.
Also in 2001, Copenhagen police said that 47 % of prisonner
awaiting trial for crime such as murder, attempted murder
or rape were from immigrant origine.
On that
year, there were several high profile case of gang rape
that went to trial. They involved mostly immigrant youths
with a muslim background.
On June
7 2001, a Danish criminologist , Flemming Balvig, explains
that immigrants are over represented in rape statistics
and that even at an equal socio-economic level, individuals
of immigrant backgrounds are still more prone to rape.

In the last decade, hundreds of thousands of women have
been trafficked from Central and Eastern Europe and the
republics of the former Soviet Union into prostitution throughout
the world. In the European Union, there are an estimated
half a million Central and Eastern European women in prostitution.
A criminal investigation in Germany in 1998 found that 87.5
percent of the women trafficked into Germany were from Eastern
Europe. Seventeen percent were from Poland, 14 percent from
Ukraine, 12 percent from Czech Republic and 8 percent from
the Russian Federation.
In
1998, the Ukrainian Ministry of Interior estimated that
400,000 Ukrainian women were trafficked during the previous
decade; other sources, such as non-governmental organizations,
thought the number was higher. The International Organization
for Migration estimated that between 1991 and 1998, 500,000
Ukrainian women had been trafficked to the West, with 100,000
of them literally enslaved in the sex industry. Popular
destination countries for women from Ukraine include: Turkey,
Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Yugoslavia, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Germany, United Arab Emirates,
Syria, China, the Netherlands, Canada and Japan. According
to a Ukrainian diplomatic source there are 6,000 Ukrainian
women in prostitution in Turkey, 3,000 in Greece, and 1000
in Yugoslavia. Ukrainian women are the largest group of
foreign women in prostitution in Turkey and the second largest
group of foreign women in prostitution outside the U.S.
military bases in Korea.
Similarly,
as a result of trafficking, Russian women are in prostitution
in over 50 countries. In some parts of the world, such as
Israel and Turkey, women from Russia and other republics
of the former Soviet Union are so prevalent, that prostitutes
are called "Natashas." "

Finland
- Helsinki
in
2000, the Finns noted a sharp rise in instances of rapes
commited by foreigners. According to the Finnish police
when it comes to rape, in 8 to 10 % of the case, the assailant
is shown to be a foreigner. When young women file an accusation,
17 % of them describe their agressors to be of foreign extration.
The Helpline of a rape crisis center says that 6 % of the
callers say they have been sexually assaulted by a foreigner.
Yet,
Foreigners make up only 1.65% of the finnish population.
Places of origins of foreigners are Angola, Brazil, Egypt,
England, Irak, Iran, Macedonia, Morocco, Pakistan; Poland,
Sxeden, Somalia, Turkey, Russia, Estonia. No chinese immigrants
are recorded to have commited rapes
Sari
Näre, a finn sociologist, attributes this rape violence
to a difference in cultural background. She mentions, as
an example, John Karara, an Ugandan National who raped several
women in Finland during the 1990's while he knew he was
HIV infected; In Uganda, 1 out of 4 schoolgirls have been
raped. (there has been a similar case in France with an
ethiopian immigrant)
She
also mentions problems or racial prejudices in turkish culture,
in which light skinned and Blond women are only presented
as pin ups or sex models.

The
Netherlands Institute for the Study of Crime and Law Enforcement
said earlier this week that an estimated 200 teens are registered
with justice authorities each year for a group sex offence.
This is a third of the total number of youth sex cases registered
each year.
Researcher
Catrien Bijleveld said the "sizeable" number of
cases gave reason for further research into the phenomenon.
She also told Expatica that this was the first study of
its kind. Bijleveld said she would not express concern about
the study's findings and she
also refused to draw conclusions on the fact that two-thirds
of the 91 offenders studied — comprising 24 group
offences committed between 1993 and 2001 — were from
ethnic minority backgrounds. Excluding one male victim,
all victims were female, of which 75 percent were native
Dutch.
United
States - Male rape in the United States Prison
"Prison
Rape has been shown throughout this study to be racially
motivated by predominently Black inmates specifically
against white Inmates who are in turns the victims.
Alltough more studies need to be conducted to confirm
this theory, racial hatred of Whites by Blacks appear
to be the main force driving prison rape. In fact,
the US Department of Justice (1991 p. 15) noted that
Black (57%) and Hispanic (51 %) violent inmates were
at least four times more likely than white (11 %)
violent inmates to have victimised someone of a different
race or ethnic group.
In reality, black inmates do have the power and control
to have consensual sex with overtly homosexual Whites
and Blacks, but they prefer to rape non-homosexual
Whites in order to humiliate them. In essence, prison
rape in the United States may not be an issue of power,
sex or even homosexuality, but rather an issue to
humiliation targeted against whites by raping them."
In
april 2001, Human right watch has released a survey of male
rape in US prisons.It says its observations confirms previous
studies which have shown that rape in prison is mostly inter-racial
and a black on white thing. While it provides no figures
and numbers, another survey shed some light on the phenomenon.
A study conducted in 7 midwestern facilities by Cindy and
David Struckman-Johnson showed that there is a link between
ethnicity and male rape in prison. It showed that in two
of the prisons with the highest sexual criminality rate,
most victims were white (60 % of rape victims and 74 %)
while most rapists were black (74 % and 71 % of rapists).
Jails with a mainly white population and no particular security
measures had a medium sexual criminality rate. Independently
of ethnic background, the safer jails were either small
or had tight security.
This
phenomenon cannot be understood independently of criminal
trends in the US society as a whole.

These
numbers are estimates calculated from the total
numbers of rapes by race of victim provided by the
CVUS and the % mentionned for the race of criminals.
As
is shown, Blacks criminals are proportionnally more likely
to commit a hate crime. They proportionnaly commit more
rapes and they rape more often white women than black momen
(roughly 31 300 white victims and roughly 19 600 black victims).
They are also more prone to violence, judging from the murder
percentages. It is therefore very logical that, in an environment
where they make up 44 % of the population, they will systematicaly
target Whites.
Of
course, one might object to this by saying that ion the
american society, Blacks target more often Whites because
there are more Whites for Blacks to interact with.
Here,
the phenomenon of Male rape in american jail is interesting
because it casts a particular light on inter-racial crimes.
Indeed, in the american society, inter-racial crime is roughly
90% a black on white thing. If it is true that whites are
only targeted disproportionnaly because they are more numerous
than Blacks, it would be logical, behind bars, that inter-racial
crime should become less significant and be subsituted for
more intra-racial crime, since Whites are only 40% of the
prison population while Blacks make up 44 % of it . Yet,
It is the opposite trends that surfaces, with interacial
crime becoming the main thing while intra-racial crime happens
with a much lesser frequency.
This shows that inter-racial crime is not determined
by demographic factors alone but by the racist prejudices
of the criminal toward the victim. therefore, an inter-racial
crime should allways be investigated with an eye on the
likelyhood of it being a bias motivated crime.
One
could say of the anti-white racist that he is an opportunist
racist whose racism goes undetected because it often seize
a criminal opportunity to express itself.
It
should also be noted that the black prison population is
more socially homogeneous, having a street crime and drug
related background, and affiliations to ethnic gangs existing
outside jail, while the white prison population is more
diverses in nature, involving more white collar criminals
that have no violent background or affiliation to gangs,
which may also explain a higher rate of victimization.
Finally,
one could mentioned as an exemple of rape as an expression
of anti-white racism a former Black panthers named Cleaver
Eldridge. During the sixties, he openly claimed he had
raped white women as a tool of insurrection because, he
wrote back then in a book called "soul on ice",
it delighted him to trample the "white man laws"
by defiling white women. Had he not publically admitted
that he raped thoses women out of racial hatred, those rapes
would have been considered as simple crimes...
